Advice that keeps moving, from insight to improvement

Bristlecone improves supply chain performance through a connected journey: advise, transform, connect, modernize, then operate and improve. You can start wherever the need is clearest.

Advice that keeps moving – from insight to improvement.

Choose the place that looks most like your challenge. The work can begin there and expand as the outcome becomes clearer.

There are two ways to look at what we offer.

The journey describes the stages of work, from diagnosing a problem to running and improving the solution. The service lines describe the teams and expertise that deliver it. Most engagements draw on several service lines across one or more stages.

A flywheel, not a one-way street

The journey isn't strictly sequential.

What we learn in implementation and operations feeds the next decision, the next improvement, and the next source of value. A managed services team might spot a recurring issue that becomes the next advisory question. An AI pilot might reveal a data gap that becomes a modernization project.

Three things run through every stage:

  • People, process, data, and technology: every engagement needs all four, so we don't split them into separate silos.
  • Change and adoption, from day one: change is designed into the work from the start, not added near go-live.
  • Forward-Deployed Engineering: engineers work alongside consultants and customer teams, close to the real problem, to move from requirement to production faster.

How we measure success

We agree on the value case and operating measures at the start, then track them through delivery and after launch. Depending on the work, that can include service levels, inventory and working capital, cost, cycle time, productivity, reliability, adoption, risk, and the speed and quality of decisions. Leading indicators like data trust and adoption show progress before every financial benefit has landed.

Why one team matters

Most supply chain problems cross boundaries: between functions, between systems, and between the people who design a solution and the people who have to run it. When each boundary means a new team or a new partner, context gets lost at every handoff and nobody owns the whole outcome. That's the gap we built Bristlecone to close.

  • One accountable team. The same team can advise, transform, connect, modernize, and operate, so the original intent doesn't get lost between phases.
  • Consulting stays engaged. Even after go-live, consulting keeps asking what should improve next.
  • Reusable IP and AI built in. Vantage, Meridian, Amplify, Edge, and Traction give each engagement a stronger starting point.
  • Judged by what changed. We measure success by adoption, outcomes, and realized value, not by what went live.

Start where the pressure is

Bring us a performance gap, an operating challenge, or a business priority. You don't need a fully formed solution. We'll help find the right starting point, bring the capabilities the work requires and keep the focus on outcomes.

What leaders ask about Services

Practical answers to the questions that often shape the first conversation.

Do I need to know which service I need before contacting Bristlecone?+

No. Start with the outcome you want or the problem that isn't moving. We'll help figure out whether the first step is advisory, implementation, integration, data and AI, change, managed services, or a combination.

Can Bristlecone handle both strategy and implementation?+

Yes. The same team can take work from diagnosis through design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing operations, so the original intent doesn't get lost between phases.

What's the difference between the journey stages and the service lines?+

The journey stages (Advise, Transform, Connect, Modernize, Operate + Improve) describe what the work is trying to achieve at each point. The service lines describe the specialist teams that do it. A Transform engagement, for example, might combine Supply Chain Consulting, Implementation & Integration, and Change Management.

Can Bristlecone work with our internal teams and other partners?+

Yes. We often work as part of a blended team, with clear governance over who owns what.
