Bristlecone today announced that Lisa Lesko, an accomplished senior HR leader, has joined the company as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).
Lesko comes to Bristlecone from Vista Equity Partners, where she provided strategic solutions to senior leadership within the private equity portfolio. Before joining Vista, she served as the CPO of LotLinx, a company that provides AI and Machine Learning solutions to the automotive industry. Prior to that, Lesko worked in HR leadership roles at companies across the consumer packaged goods, telecom and technology industries, some of which include IBM, Nokia, Avon, Revlon and Energizer.

Lesko has a great deal of experience in Change Management and Business Transformation. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and educational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in communications.
